Block Type II

Maple, naturally and beautifully expressed

This wooden knife block, like the Type L, holds knives Nos. 1-7. It, too is separated into two units, one tall and one short, for Nos. 3, 5, and 6, and Nos. 1, 2, 4, and 7, respectively. Like the type L, this was created so that it may be used together or separately, and, like the individual knife sheaths, the wood is a superior-grade hard maple treated expressly to showcase the luminous character of the wood. This material personifies the abundance of beautiful natural materials found in Bras' beloved Aubrac region, and is treated so as to be impervious to the effects of humidity and to retain its natural beauty. The blocks will be yet another elegant addition to any kitchen.
