An ideal combination of the grater and the julienne.

As its name suggests, 5 expressions is a set of five different blade types to fully express your creativity. The set includes a frame and a handle, three types of graters and two julienne blades, to bring out the delicate taste and texture of a wider variety of foods.
The three types of graters are spare blade 1, suitable for grating cheese, dry foods, and root vegetables; spare blade 2, ideal for serious grating; and spare blade 3, which transforms various foods into light, delicate flakes.
The two julienne blades, spare blade 5 and spare blade 6, shred foods into strips of approximately 2 mm and 1 mm in width, respectively, creating different expressions and textures even with just modifying the food’s width.

Spare blade 1
For grating dry ingredients. Also suitable for finely grating root vegetables.
Spare blade 2
For serious grating. Allows various types of gratings, from coarse to fine.
Spare blade 3
For gentle grating of all sorts of foods. Produces light, delicate, and beautiful flakes.

For cutting into strips about 2mm wide.

For cutting into strips about 1mm wide.
