Made of white hinoki wood, a Japanese cypress, the cutting board evokes the beauty of Aubrac. Because it uses natural unvarnished wood instead of engineered material, it can be resurfaced. The structure consistes of five layers of unvarnished wood which serve to prevent the board from warping, while also adding to the appearance.
